Chardonnay “Luma” IGT 2021

Chardonnay grapes from Sambuca di Sicilia undergo gentle pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is fresh, aromatic, and sorbent. Bottled in January to preserve its unaltered aroma and freshness. With a pleasant, harmonious, and soft taste, it offers hints of exotic fruit and citrus. Ideal with fish, shellfish, appetizers, or as a refined aperitif. 13% ABV.
