Refund policy

  1. To request an exchange or refund, please visit the store where the original purchase was made and bring along the initial receipt.

  2. You can exchange or refund products within 5 days of the purchase date.

  3. Please note that vouchers, on-sale products, and certain specified items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  4. We prioritize exchanges, and refunds will only be issued if the item is no longer available.

  5. Each receipt allows for only one exchange or refund request.

  6. Only products with quality issues will be considered for exchange or refund.

  7. Fresh products in the following categories (dairy products, cold-cuts, fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood, meats, and frozen items) can only be exchanged or refunded within 24 hours due to quality concerns.

  8. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will require the initial receipt. Credit card refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to be processed.

  9. Nominal reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and have the final decision in all dispute matters.
