La Chinata Lobster Pâté is part of our sea pâté line, elaborated with our best Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In this case, it is a high quality pâté with great flavour and texture and low in calories.

This pâté is recommended as a snack to spread in bread, as it has a soft and savoury texture, or on our regañás and picos. You can add a special touch with our wide variety of vegetables jams, as well as with our Cramelized Onion with Sherry Vinegar. It can be a good side to fish and rice dishes, to give them a distinctive touch.

It is recommended serve it slightly chilled if eaten on bread, so as to enhance its nuances on the palate. It also combines perfectly with our La Chinata white wine.
