Our White Tuna (BONITO) in Extra Virgen Olive Oil is a fish that has plenty of nutrients and great versatility while cooking.

It is characterized by its white fish meat, its smoother texture compared to other fish of its kind, and its delicious taste. It is the selection of fish back, belly and nape cuts what guarantees this high quality  fish.

We recommend it for salads, as side to vegetables, pies, toasts, omelettes, pasta, rice, sandwiches, etc.
