The year 2021 commenced with gentle snowfalls that gracefully covered our rolling hills. As temperatures gradually rose, the growing season began earlier than usual. Spring followed a relatively typical pattern, while summer brought about overall dry and windy conditions, accompanied by high average temperatures and a notable thunderstorm in July. The diurnal temperature fluctuations in September played a crucial role in allowing the grapes to cool down, thereby preserving their natural acidity. These favorable conditions contributed to the development of high-quality grapes.
