Vinification: Classic red wine vinification at temperatures of 25-28oC. The wine is matured in French oak casks in our cellar for 12 months and 6 months in bottle before release
Annual production: 6.000 bottles
Tasting notes: Deep red colour with purple hues. Aromas of dried fruits, cherries and gooseberry with hints of caramel, smoke and chocolate. Smooth with round tannins and long lasting aftertaste
Consumption: 3-15 years+
Food pairing: Roast lamp, beef steak, wild bear, coq au vin, sausages, meat
cooked in red sauce
Serve at: 16 -18 oC
