The year 2021 commenced with gentle snowfalls that gracefully blanketed our picturesque rolling hills. The growing season commenced early, accompanied by a gradual rise in temperatures. Spring followed a relatively normal pattern, while summer brought about dry and windy conditions, characterized by high average temperatures and a notable thunderstorm in July. The diurnal temperature variations in September played a crucial role in allowing the grapes to cool down and preserve their inherent acidity, ultimately enhancing their quality.
