Lemon Curd

採用厄瓜多爾種植的原粒檸檬（連皮）加入奶油以及蛋黃調製而成。最後加入柑橘果胶來保持新鲜度和延长其保质期。

The recipe combines whole lemons (including the peel) grown in Ecuador with cream and egg yolk. Citrus pectin is then added to maintain freshness and extend its shelf life.
