La Chinata Garlic flavoured EVOO has an intense flavour due to our best extra virgin olive oil and first quality garlics. We let both ingredients naturally macerate for more tan 1 month, so they preserve their properties and flavour.
Thus, we obtain a product with a great aroma and flvour, perfect to enrich any dish, specially cold ones altough you can use it too in hot dishes, at the end of the preparation so oil does not warm too much but releases its aroma. That is how its quality and flavour will be noticed. Garlic flavoured EVOO is ideal for pasta, meat, fish, salads, ‘gazpacho’, ‘salmorejo’ or just on a piece of bread.
