La Chinata Confitted Artichokes are a selection of white artichokes from Tudela, simmered with our best EVOO, to offer an authentic and natural flavour.

Tudela artichokes are widely used in haute cuisine thanks to their texture and flavour. They are suitable for a multitude of culinary combinations so as to create delicious dishes: sauces and creams, as a side for meat and fish, as well as with pasta and rice dishes, among many other combinations.
