Winemaking & fining:
Entire harvest cluster, temperature control during fermentation, trapping and pumping, pneumatic pressing, light filtration.
Ruby deep color. Berries, strawberries, fresh tobacco, sweet spices.
Elegant fine wine, full bodied, well-balanced acidity, with an exceptional character of red fruit & spices
Serving temperature: 14-16°C.
Food Affinities: Roast beef, prime rib, Chateaubriand, Tournedos, lamb. Potential aging: 10 to 15 years.
