Fleur de Ka-2006
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
Grapes are entirely handpicked in 20 Kg boxes and sorted upon reception. Fermentation at 27 degrees.
Maceration for about one month.
Varietals are aged separately.
Aged for 24 months in oak barrels. Wine is treated with Egg Albumin.
Robe: Deep red with ruby tinges.
Nose: Wonderful Spicy bouquet distinguished by notes of pepper and toasted
Palate: Elegant and powerful cuvée presenting subtle tannins with a delicious
smooth, velvety finish.
Serve between 16 and 18 degrees, with fine red meat dishes or cheese.
