Blend: Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay, Muscat, and Viognier
Grapes are entirely handpicked in 20 Kg boxes. The grapes are gently pressed.
Each varietal is fermented alone at 17 -18 degrees.
Robe: Pale yellow with golden tinges.
Nose: Fruity, with aromas of grapefruit and white plum.
Palate: It has crispiness, freshness with hints of citrus notes, honey and exotic
To be served at 8 to 10 degrees, it goes perfectly well with seafood and fish, and also with desserts based on fruits. It can be enjoyed on its own.
