Wafer-Thin Bread Crackers
Toasted Bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a crunchy and tasty snack commonly known as Guttiau, native to the island of Sardinia. It is made with the ancestral shepherds’ recipe based on durum wheat semolina, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and yeast. To achieve its ultra-thin texture, the dough is carefully stretched and toasted at high temperatures until very thin and crunchy slices are obtained.
It is the perfect side dish for any appetizer such as our wide variety of pâtés, acorn-fed Iberian cold meats or cheese, among others. We also recommend eating it with our chocolates and sweet spreads.
