Iberian Pork Pate with Paprika
La Chinata Iberian Pork with Paprika is a delicious spread with the whole flavour of the Extremaduran gastronomy. On one hand, it includes a foundation of extra virgin olive oil from our olives, as well as a selection of Iberian meat from our region, to which paprika is added together with La Vera D.O. Paprika, adding a sweet and smoky touch to every bite.
It is a perfect cream to spread on bread or regañás, as well as side to red meats, or to combine with potatoes or to make sauce for pasta and vegetables.
We recommend serving it slightly chilled if eaten spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it perfectly combines with our La Chinata red wine.
