La Chinata Garlic and Chili Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil aromatised with a selection of garlic and chili which gives it an intense flavour with an exquisite spicy aftertaste.
We specially recommend to use it cold or at a low temperature so that it keeps all its properties and aroma, but it is also a good seasoning for hot dishes if used when they are ready, as a final touch, not letting it get too warm.
It is perfect for fish dishes, specially crustaceans like prawns. It can also be added to gazpachos and all kinds of vegetables, chicken, salads or just to eat on bread.
